The location is very close to Sakura Machi which is where all the busses depart. They also let you leave your luggage if you arrive early. Or if you check out and come back later. The staff was pleasant and they spoke English. The single bed room is perfect suze for a solo traveler like myself. I had 1 big suitcase and 1 small, they were opened the whole time and I still had space to maneuver.

We have stayed with Nest several times while staying in Kumamoto. The staff are very friendly, we were able to leave our luggage here while travelling around Japan. the location of the hotel is near Sakura Machi which is perfect for bus transfers!

Good breakfast buffet that changed the next day. Good location. Everything you need is in the room.

Good location close to street cars, castle, restaurants. We enjoyed the visit also to the Sakuramachi bus terminal, where we have visited the food court and had really good shabu-shabu. The staff was helpful.

1. good location ; near Kumamoto bus station, shopping mall, Kumamoto castle --- walkable distance 2. good value for money 3. not variety but delicious breakfast

Good location. Easy walking distance to castle, restaurants, shops and electric trams. Good simple breakfast. Rooms are clean. Twin room quite spacious. Double room bit small even for one person after open my luggage. But still ok. 👌

Location is the best. So close to Sakura machi department store and bus stop. And near Kumamoto castle. Breakfast is good.

Very good location, So close to the Sakuramachi Bus terminal. Room was spacious and the beds were comfy. Delicious breaskfast.
